A Little Bit About Me
Intelligent, ambitious, fun, kind, compassionate and young at heart.
I’m a lawyer specialising in divorce, finance and children related work.
I have two children, who both live with me, they’re both fairly independent now, Allhamdulillah.
I mange My work, children, cooking, cleaning and the mundane homely chores on my own, not to mention home maintenance, car maintenance and any other challenges that life throws my way. So....by the grace of Allah I manage my affairs quite independently.
In my spare time I like to read, go for long walks, shop (retail therapy !) and spend time in good company, be it family or friends. Being the only bread winner, my work and other commitments don’t allow much spare time, so any ‘me’ time keeps me sane. I make time for Allah on a daily basis, without Him I’d be a lost cause.
My appearance matters to me and so I make an effort. Presentation is important. I don’t wear excessive make up and neither do I spend excessively. Designer handbags and clothing are not a must for me, perhaps the fact that I manage myself and my kids alone becomes a reminder of the value of money. That’s not to say I don’t like nice things, I do, but it’s about quality not the quantity of what you have. I’m conscious of being accountable for all our material wealth and the subsequent expenditure from the same.

What I Am Looking For
Honesty, compassion, kindness, intelligence and laughter. A man, not a boy.
Players, please don’t waste my time or yours. I am perceptive.
Somebody who looks after themselves, attends the gym (or undertakes some form of exercise) and is an independent thinker, not easily swayed by unwanted influences.
A man who is responsible for his actions and God conscious, one who is compassionate and empathetic.
By the way those seeking perfection, I’m far from perfect. I make mistakes and to be honest I may possibly make more. However everything I have done and wherever I have gone wrong along the way, my efforts have been sincere. So if you’re not the forgiving, merciful type, we won’t get along. Life often throws obstacles. I’m looking for someone who will share this journey with fierce determination, strong will power, tenacity, and the utmost faith in Allah.
That’s easier said than done for most.
